I MARY CHEENY, late wife of RICHARD CHEENY (2) of Anne Arundel, dec’d, for
a valuable consideration me hereunto moving, have released to Richard Cheney
[twin], s/o old Richard Cheeny (1), commonly called the Twin, all manner of
dower right &n title which I might have to all that plantation whereon the
said old Richard Cheeny (1) did formerly dwell, & that land which belongs to
the same and is now in the tenure or occupation of his said son, Richard Cheney,
the twin, being part of a tract of land called Chenys Resolucon, bounded by a
pear tree where originally stood by original survey a marked oak standing in the
SE line of the sd. Old Richard Cheenys 300 acres last taken up, thence to the
land given by sd. Old Richard Cheeny to Wm. James, thence with the sd land of
