Know ye that I William Sanborn of Epsom of the County of Rockingham & State of Newhampshire Taylor for the consideration of Nine hundred Dollars received to my full satisfaction. I JOSEPH LAWRENCE of Epping county State aforesaid do give grant bargain sell & confirm unto the said JOSEPH LAWRENCE his heirs & assigns two certain pieces or parcels of land situate in Epson aforesd. One, tract being apart of the thirty acre lot No. fifteen a part of Lot No. ninety two & part of lot No. ninety three all in the third range, the same takes its beginning on the northerly side of George Yeoasin's land upon the westerly side of the road which leads to Pemlake, thence running northerly on said road as it now runs about one hundred rods to a small white oak spotted on four sides from thence running westerly a parallel line with said lots till it strikes the River some oak then runs down the River to the line between the third & fourth ranges being all of said lots which know own on the westerly side of sd Road. Also all the land I now own on the aforesaid Lot No. ninety three upon the easterly side of said road and one other tract of land being apart of lot No. one hundred twenty eight in the forth range of lots in said town. Nathl Morrill assigned for said Tract to take its beginning at the Easterly end of said lot then fourteen westerly carrying the forth so with of the same so far as to ascertain nineteen acres. To have to hold the above granted & bargained premises with the appurtenances thereof to him the said JOSEPH LAWRENCE his heirs and assigns forever to his & their own proper use & of and also I the said William Sanborn do for my self my heirs Exrs & adminrs warrant with the said JOSEPH LAWRENCE his heirs and assigns that at & until the ensealing these presents I assume & have right to bargain & sell the same in manner & form as above written & that the same is free of all incumbrances what soever and Furthermore I the said William Sanborn duly & unto myself, my heirs & heirs forever to warrant affixed the above granted bargained premises to him the said JOSEPH LAWRENCE his heirs & assigns against all claims and demands whatsoever. Know all men by these presents, that I JOSEPH LAWRENCE of Epsom & County of Rockingham and state of Newhampshire Yeoman-- For and in consideration of the sum of Nine Dollars to me in hand before the delivery hereof, well and truly paid by James Moses of the same Epsom Yeoman the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have given, granted bargained, sold and by these presents, do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, enforce, convey and confirm unto the said Moses his heirs and assigns forever, a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Epsom aforesaid the same being apart of the Lot Numbered Twelve in first Range original right of Samuel Weeks Junr to take its beginning at the westerly end of said Lot then to run Easterly carrying the full breadth of the same so far as to contain six acres. To have and to hold the said granted premises with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging to him the said Moses his heirs and assigns to his and their only proper use and benefit forever. And I the said JOSEPH LAWRENCE do for myself my heirs, executors, and administrators do hereby covenant, grant, and agree to and with the said Moses his heirs, and assigns, that until the delivery hereof I am the lawful owner of the said premises and are seized and possessed thereof in my own right in fee simple, and have full power and lawful authority to grant and convey the same in manner aforesaid; that the said premises are free and clear of all and every incumbrance whatsoever, and that I my heirs, executors and administrators, shall and will warrant the same to him his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any person or persons whomsoever.
